MARDI Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Malaysian Agriculture Research and Development Institute (MARDI), an agency under Malaysia’s Ministry of Agriculture and Agro Based Industry. Whilst MARDI generates inventions and technological innovations to cater for the needs of the Agriculture industry, it also creates knowledge bases. This comes through research and development (R&D) activities conducted by more than 500 scientists and spread over various disciplines. To complement the efforts to ensure solution delivered to industry are holistic, MARDI Corporation then packages the ‘value extraction’, for upscaling and promotion for commercial and public applications that benefits the Malaysian agriculture, food and agro-based industries. undertaking commercialization activities, MARDICorp provides end-to-end consultancy and bespoke services that utilizes the core competencies of MARDI encompassing its entire research and development capabilities and infrastructure both locally and abroad.

MARDICorp also operates the 130 hectares Malaysia Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) campus, the largest agro park in Malaysia and Asia. It was created under an initiative by the Malaysian Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industries to be a venue for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE), especially for those catering towards the agriculture, horticulture and agro-tourism field. MAEPS host the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Show (MAHA) every two years.
